Knitting year of techniques Jen Arnall-Culliford

12 steps to becoming a better knitter - A Year of Techniques with Jen Arnall-Culliford

17th March 2017

If your plan this year is to become a more confident knitter, take a look at ‘A Year Of Techniques’ – a new project from knitting experts Jen and Jim Arnall-Culliford. It's designed to teach knitters new skills, and you'll receive 12 projects from world-class designers, each focusing on a different technique. The designs will be accompanied by detailed photo and video tutorials to help you master each skill, and there's also a knitalong each month in the Ravelry group.

The first six months of patterns will be sent digitally, starting with the Hyacinthus armwarmers designed by Jen, which was released on 1st March. This pattern covers the helical stripe method, so you can knit jogless stripes. The full print book, containing all 12 patterns, will be sent to you in September.
