Tickets are now on sale for the 4th annual Great London Yarn Crawl which takes place on Saturday, 10th September. For one day only, you'll be treated to a tour of the best craft and yarn shops London has to offer. The crawl is run by the London-based Yarn in the City, whose aim is bring together a community of fellow craft lovers.
Throughout the day keen knitters will be weaving along one of 12 routes through the city celebrating their love of all things woolly. It culminates in an afterparty with a raffle, prizes and of course lots of knitting!
As well as access to the afterparty, tickets for The Great London Yarn Crawl also include a goodie bag and discounts at some of your favourite shops along the tour.
Proceeds from the ticket go to support the charity Refuge, which provides help and support for victimes of domestic violence in the UK. Handknits will also be collected at the afterparty for Knit For Peace.
The yarn crawl started in 2013, and Yarn In The City like to change things up each year. This year they've added three new shops to the trail: Liberty, Stag & Bow, and Ray Stitch. This introduces more variety of crafts to the crawl.
